"I have had nothing except bad experiences with this branch of state farm that is run by Mac Freeman. I have had constant issues with my biling and policy. From the beginning they were charging me twice each month for billing and then they would cancel my policy telling me " I didn't pay on time" and I would be without insurance for awhile even though I just paid a week earlier and then they would charge me late fees. Everytime I would bring it up they would come up with some excuse or reason for how their bilng was set up. Now I am once again having issues because they are constantly charging me more than what I signed up for and agreed to. They offered to combine my personal policy and auto policy in one biling and then later when there were new charges on my account they would tell me that it costs more to combine policies- something they never told me before. I am not bringing up how much more my policies are then when I first signed up and they tell me "it goes up every renewal" without informing me ahead of time. Here is a great example of them over-charging me. I got a renewal letter stating that my annual premium for my personal items is $75 a year. Okay so $75 divided by 12 comes out to $6.25 a month. This month I saw a charge for $12.50 which means they are double charging me. When I asked him to remove the charge he said I underpaid last month-lie! I paid $127 last month which was them overcharging me since my car payment is only $115 a month that means last month he double charged me for my personal items as well. I am attaching photos of all of this as proof. They over-charged me the previous month and this month. I kept bringing up how every month my bill is much higher and he would change the reason every time. THis is about the worst experience I have had with any insurance company. Go to another insurance company that doesnt lie to their customers, try to get as much money out of their customers as possible, and continually add "anonymous" charges. And then when I do bring it up to him he is cheap and tells me that he can take off some of the items from my insurance coverage to bring the cost down. NO! WRONG! you don't get to cheat customers like that. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE where they arent nickel and diming you, adding false charges and coming up with excuses to pay more, trying to totally LOW BALL you, etc. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE They add all kinds of charges to your account and put on the policy ""inflation charges apply*"" thats ridiculous -we all have bills to pay not just you were all going through inflatiion -not just you. When a customer signs a form stating what they are paying and you agree to it then that is what needs to be billed to them. I started off my car insurance at $115 and now for some weird reason I am being charged $121+ every month and always have some kind of extra charge on there that they make an excuse for."

"Mac was my State Farm agent, and I was extremely disappointed by his lack of basic accountability and follow-through. My premiums increased 28% on one car and 18.5% on another, and despite giving him all of my premium information, he could not explain why the increase happened. Over the course of three weeks, I had to go back and forth repeatedly, only to be told that we needed to set up a phone call to “figure it out,” which is not what I expect from an insurance agent who works with these policies every day.
What made this even more frustrating was that Mac appeared to rely on unsupported information rather than actual data, and he incorrectly claimed that my insurance had gone down. I had the records in front of me, I provided to Mac showing the increases from the last 6 month premiums to the next 6 month premium. For an agent to not be able to determine that my premiums increased or identify the reason for a customer’s premium changes, especially after multiple communications, is unacceptable. I expected clear answers, professionalism, and accuracy, but instead I was left doing the work myself. FYI, Statefarns "new" software hides the discounts now. Before you had discounts listed on the declaration page. Now you have no discounts listed. Did they take my discounts away?"
